VICKSBURG VILLAGE:
Preliminary site study for a new 19-acre mixed-use community. The project goal is to avoid typical suburban sprawl development by consolidating small fragmented land parcels, infilling vacant lots and making new connections to existing neighborhoods to weave and extend the existing community to the new. A variety of housing types will be offered in conjunction with commercial/retail uses and new civic structures and will focus on offering a pedestrian-oriented layout.
