SCHWINN FARMS:
Proposal for a 110-acre residential, mixed-housing community. Situated in a semi-rural area, the proposed site development re-captures and enhances the natural features and ammenities of the landscape that existed prior to its use as farmland. The location of structures, open space, pathways and natural habitats follow the conservation community principles of Randall Arendt and prototypes such as Prairie Crossing in north central Illinois and Serenbe outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
