MILLS ROAD:
Proposal for a 4-acre multi-family residential site that utilizes the existing cleared area of a former single-family residence. Seven “right-sized” cottages will form a new community supplemented with a common building, green space, community garden and an outdoor social area. Walking trails will be developed within the existing mature wooded area.
