LAKEFRONT RESIDENCE:

This new 4,000 square foot residence is perched on a gentle bluff overlooking Lake Erie.

The house is uniquely constructed using a hand-hewn oak timber frame structure and a Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) wall insulation system (rigid foam insulation sandwiched between structural wood sheathing).

Interior finishes were selected to compliment the natural wood structure with regional granite stone accents and naturally weathering wood shake shingles. Floors are hand-scraped natural hickory.
